For good and valuable consideration, I hereby agree as follows:On behalf of myself and my representatives, I hereby give and grant to P.T. International and its affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, employees, agents, successors, assigns and anyone authorized by them (collectively referred to as “PTI”) my permission to publish, reproduce, distribute, display and otherwise use the information I have submitted including my name, professional title, company, statements and endorsements, and any portion thereof in association with PTI’s products and services for advertising, training, informational and other purposes without time or any other limitations, and without further compensation to or authorization from me.
