Coronavirus/COVID-19 AnnouncementMarch 17, 2020 by Lauren Ansley, PTIKeeping Things Moving in Trying Times Dear valued customers and partners,We appreciate that many of you are concerned with the recent community and business challenges presented by the coronavirus/COVID-19 outbreak. At PT International, IPTCI Bearings and LMS Bearings, we have been monitoring the situation closely and we remain 100% committed to the health and safety of everyone we serve and all of our employees and team members worldwide. As you may already be aware, PTI, IPTCI and LMS, operate multiple warehouses facilities domestically and contract with manufacturing facilities internationally to ensure quick transport and supply of vital bearing and power transmission components. At present, we are continuing to follow all guidance from local and national authorities regarding social distancing, disinfection protocols, and work-from-home scenarios as appropriate. As such, our day-to-day operations still fall within our traditionally high levels of customer service and response time, and it is our intention to maintain these excellent standards throughout this crisis as long as possible.Currently, there have been no reported or suspected cases of the virus among our employees, and we have advised anyone who feels ill or needs to care for an ill family member that they have our support in remaining home or self-quarantining as needed. We are also closely monitoring production schedules with our international partners to anticipate any possible delays. However, because we maintain ample supplies and inventory of many of the most popular and commonly needed power transmission components, as well as several less-commonly used items, we do not expect any delays in sourcing your needs within our regular time frames. As the situation continues to evolve – we will be sure to communicate with you regarding any changes that may impact you or your business.
