The Roll-Ring Chain tensioner is a simple, easy to install no-maintenance tensioner.  No more over-tensioning the chain!  Roll-Rings are ideal for single direction or reversing drives.  No adjustments are ever needed.  Available for ANSI chain sizes 35 through 100 or ISO Chain sizes 05B through 20B.  For duplex or triplex chain, use several side by side!  Roll-Rings are stock in Charlotte NC.

The new Keyless Bushings are now in stock in Charlotte in all of the popular metric bore sizes.  This European Style of mounting is a popular method for installing all types of drive components  including Sprockets, Gears, Couplings, Timing Pulleys and Sheaves.   They offer concentric fits to the shaft for improved system balance and allow a method to positioning and adjustment on the shaft.  They can be installed over a keyway, and the resulting tight interference type fit eliminates any shaft fretting common with drive components that slip fit and lock with set screws.  Keys are not required, eliminating an added machining expense.  Shaft tolerances can also be relaxed because of the flexible nature of their double tapper design that accommodates the straight keyless shaft and drive component bore.  Keyless Bushings are easy to remove and are certainly re-usable. Shaft sizes up to 200mm are in stock and larger bores are available.  Inch shaft sizes are also available on request.
